C.E.O & Marketing Manager
Chris is responsible for sourcing models and talent, taking Comp Card images, dealing with Casting Agents and Production Houses, pre-production requirements involving our models and talent, props and other services (if required).
He has worked in sales, marketing and promotion for most of his life and has vast experience as a talent agent, a professional model and multi media photographer.
He can be utilised as an on-set production stills photographer or event co-ordinator if required. Chris has many years experience as an extra, including support roles in film and TV productions (see profile). and is an experienced living history re-enactor in both modern military and medieval roles. A dancer, and an experienced horse rider.
Talent Manager, Accounts and Contracts
Petra is responsible for booking talent, compiling Comp Cards and online profiles, website development, submitting talent for casting briefs and ensuring that talent know their responsibilities and get to auditions and set locations. She also handles accounts and contracts.
She has run her own business for 25 years and has experience in finance as well as environmental and contract law.
She is the head of our North and South Island equine sections involving over 150 horses. She has performed as a dancer, an actress in stage plays and as an extra (see profile)and also has glamour modelling experience.
Chef Portfolio Photographer
While living in Washington, D.C., in the 1980's, Stephen was able to grow his passion while working with numerous different agencies covering head shots, model portfolios, fashion, and portraits. He then worked in printing and publishing, before moving back to Albany, Auckland to continue working as a photographer. He is an expert in photo editing software programs.
Now semi-retired he works in his studio and outdoor locations. He has done a number of agency portfolio shoots producing high quality images for our models, He is easygoing, fun to work and is open to ideas.
Marten has worked as a freelance photographer for 50 or so years. He has worked in the fields of track and field. surf lifesaving, surfing, mounted horse games, equestrian ODE, farm life, landscapes, family life, and now modelling. he used to develop and print his
own photos in his own dark room.
He's easy going and always looking for that different angle.
Andy Belcher is a talented Bay of Plenty freelance photographer with 82 top photographic awards to his credit, including British Wildlife Photographer of the Year, Australasian Underwater Photographer of the Year and Nikon Photo Contest International.
He shoots a wide variety of commercial photographic imagery from tourism to underwater, he runs photo workshops, offers private tuition, writes and photographs magazine features. He has just completed his third childrens book and works regularly with models.
Wellington born Maddy Gibson works with our Marketing Manager sourcing new talent for work in the film and TV industry and for modelling assignments.
She started modelling when she was 16 years old and has since walked the runway during the Auckland Fashion Extravaganza 2017, and has modelled for Icarus Talent and Denyse Saunders Model Management. She has done various styles of dance and has performed on TV (see profile).
She also has photographic abilities and has attended many photography courses
Head Makeup Artist
Marie studied at The Makeup School In Ponsonby in 2015. Since than she had a number of shows as a backstage Makeup Artist including Miss Bikini 2015, Charity Fashion show, Summer Breeze, Mrs NZ 2017, Miss Russia/NZ, and The Grand Indo Western Wedding fashion show 2018.
She also worked with one of the Top NZ Judges in hairdressing while living in Tauranga and has experience in many salons, eg; Rodney Wayne, Sirrocco and Hairkraft. Her future direction is to progress her talent through weddings, special effects and photo shoots.
Of British origin, Annie is a freelance makeup artist. She does the makeup for actors at the Harlequin Theatre.
She is a screen production major at Auckland University and has done some amateur acting, modelling for Cut Above, and can sing and play the piano (see profile).
She can be hired as an on-set makeup artist through Icarus Talent.
Head Hair Stylist
New Zealand born, Carla developed her interest in hair through the intricacies of working on horses manes and tails. She works as hair stylist on various fashion shows and pageants.
She has also done catwalk modelling in fashion shows, and worked as an extra on Shortland Street, 800 Words and the TV movie Kiwi (see profile).

South Island Equine Manager
New Zealand born Terry Kingi spent 10 years as a young man in the army, learning the trade as a logistics mover. After leaving the army he joined the Alpine Cliff Rescue team and worked at Reefton as a dairy farmer and part time for the United Nations. Moving to Canterbury he used his army training to being a logistics manager in the film industry, and also organised and worked at big events all over New Zealand.
Terry organised the event “100 years, 100 horses”, a 20 Kilometre ride for ANZAC Day 2015, which produced a documentary and a book about this event. He has since helped to organise The Canterbury Mounted Rifles Trust, which provides mounted soldiers for special ceremonial occasions. He manages Erewhon Films Productions, which has linked to Icarus to provide extra horses and riders if required for productions.
Alexander Holloway is an Actor and Fight Choreographer from England with many shows and productions under his belt. Since being in New Zealand he has already worked with the top theatres in Auckland choreographing many shows and productions. from small productions at schools to 10 week productions at POP UP GLOBE. He runs the NZ Stage Combat School and can be contracted through this agency
